Full of worship

"God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth." John 4:24  Recently I have been praying for new perspective and revelations. I love that God is faithful and he answers prayers! :) I don't fully have this figured out but something that has been stirring in me is the idea of worship. How do we worship God? The automatic thought is we all get together and have "a time of worship." We organize a few songs, maybe mix it up a bit. Put together a format to worship the lord...not necessarily bad, but God has called us to worship in spirit and in truth. What does that really look like? When I am singing a song I want to make sure that I am truly focusing on him and WORSHIPING him and not thinking about I how feel when I am singing or what I look like but giving him glory. What did it look like for Abraham and the men of old to worship God? Did they put together a program? Did they just sit and sing a song they made up to Him? These are just some of the things stirring inside of me. I do not want any religion in my being... and its a process to fully get that out and just have a true genuine relationship with God.

We leave for India September 24th! That's in about 3 weeks! Its coming so fast! I am learning a lot while putting together this outreach with my co-leader.  We will be flying into Mumbai and staying there for the first week possibly working on Bollywood sets and then we will then be taking about a 10 hour train ride to a village where we will be able to do some church planting and sharing about Jesus. We then are planning to go back to Mumbai and do some ministry in orphanages, slums, and possibly the red light district ( with prostitutes). My heart cry is to see God have his way. I do not want any dullness in our hearts but to be fully alive with the BOLDNESS of Christ. We believe God has placed on our hearts that he is going to physically heal people! This excites me very much. Many people in India what have diseases are unable to go to a doctor because or money or transportation. When they have diseases for instance like leprosy they are then considered untouchables and are basically no good in the eyes of the people their. Imagine you coming down with a disease maybe even as simple as having acne... this may not be the case but I'm just painting a picture. Your seen as dirty and cast into a village where people never touch you or love on you because you are now vile. I keep seeing this picture in my mind... I am praying for a woman that has leprosy and has lost her fingers... as I pray her fingers immediately grow back!!!! God has healed her leprosy and and restored her body! It changes her life completely. Now she can live Life More ABUNDANTLY! What freedom that would bring! What life restored back to her! And in that she will finally know God has he is to be know and follow him! It just breaks my heart. It breaks God's heart that people so dear to his heart have to suffer and are treated less than when they have just as much value! So we are expectant that God will work through us.

This past week was about world view. How we as Christians should view the world. Our perspective. We desire to have Heaven Perspective. Keeping our eyes on the King and knowing what is on his heart and what is on his mind. What is he saying? I see our students growing and learning and drawing closer to the Lord everyday. I desire to see and believe that God is raising up a generation of people that are going to be so madly in love him that are not afraid of anything and are going to desire nothing... NOTHING of this world and be completely abandoned to him. I desire to be a part of that people! I will soon be putting up a few testimonies on what has been happening in their lives since they have begun DTS.

If you feel compelled to partner with me and what God is stirring you can be praying and interceding for our unity, for boldness, God would always be the center and reason why we are doing what we are doing, and favor. You can as well donate using the paypal donate button on page or by sending checks to the address in my contact page.
